Butler County makes proposals for funding to combat infant mortality

Butler County leaders put forth a proposal Tuesday to the Ohio Department of Medicaid to fund two programs — one to help new and expectant mother stop smoking and the other for group pre-natal care — in an effort to combat the county’s high infant mortality rate.
