‘Healthy Ohio,’ an unhealthy idea

Many in the Republican majorities at the Statehouse still wish to undo the Medicaid expansion. They remain unhappy with Gov. John Kasich maneuvering around lawmakers to accomplish the move at the State Controlling Board. They hold this view even though their legislative leaders cooperated, sensing a bipartisan majority in favor yet alert to Republicans looking to avoid a vote on the record.
