Missourians are now eligible for benefits under the Medicaid expansion issue that went to the court system for a final decision.
“My administration is always going to follow the law and yesterday’s court order is no exception,” Gov. Mike Parson said on Wednesday of a circuit court ruling requiring the expansion to move forward immediately.
The lower court ruling came after the state Supreme Court unanimously approved the expansion.
