But he admits the law could be strengthened, White House spokesman Josh Earnest said on Monday.”The president does have some ideas for things that we could do to further strengthen Obamacare. The first is to find a way to ensure that every state across the country is expanding Medicaid, consistent with what was envisioned in the law.”Earnest said “too many Republican governors” have blocked Medicaid expansion “just because of political differences” with Obama.
