Mylan classified the EpiPen with the Medicaid Drug Rebate

“The facts … suggest that Mylan may have knowingly
misclassified EpiPens, potentially in violation of the False
Claims Act and other statutes,” the lawmakers said in a letter
to Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
